These self basting oven bags are ideal for cooking meats and vegetables which can cook in their own juices for extra moisture and flavour. Great for use in ovens, microwaves, boiling and also freezer proof.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Do not let the oven exceed 200 degrees. Do not let the bag touch any part of the hot oven or microwave. Keep away from hot grills and naked flames. Unsuitable for foods with high fat content, such as duck. To avoid danger of suffocation, please keep away from babies and small children. Preheat oven to required temperature. Put a teaspoon of flour inside the bag. Place meat inside the bag and shake to coat the meat lightly with flour. Allow sufficient air space around the meat and tie bag with a nylon tie provided. Make six slits across the top of the bag approximately 2.5cms long. Cooking guide: Poultry: 190 degrees C, 375 degrees F, Gas 5, 20 mins per 500g plus 20 mins extra, Lamb: 190 degrees C, 375 degrees F, Gas 5, 20 mins per 500g plus 20 mins extra, Beef: 200 degrees C, 400 degrees F, Gas 5, 25 mins per 500g plus 25 mins extra.
