Directions for use-
You will need 3 medium eggs, 100ml of vegetable oil and 75ml of water.
This cake needs a 7 inch sponge sandwich cake tin.
Preheat your oven to 180oC OR 160oC fan assist. Lightly grease two 7 inch cake tins, and line the bottoms with baking paper.
Empty the sponge mix into a bowl and add the eggs, oil and water. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes until the mixture is nice and smooth with no lumps.
Pour the mixture evenly into two tins and bake in the middle of the oven for 25 - 30 minutes until they have risen well and golden in colour.
Leave to cool for a couple of minutes and then turn out of the tins and leave to cool down for 10 minutes before decorating.
Or to make 12 Cupcakes-
1.Make up the sponge mix as above and divide evenly between 12 cupcake cases in a muffin tray.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 180oC or 160oC fan assist for around 18 - 20 minutes.
Leave to cool fully before decorating.
